How to add a new operator

An operator is the administrator within the company. When creating a new company, you immediately create an operator for this company. You can read how to do this here.

To create a new operator without creating a new company, go to EmployeesOperators.

You will see a list of all operators here. At the top right, click Add operator.

A pop-up screen will appear in which you have to fill in the following fields:

  • Role: Check which role(s) this operator has to have. For an explanation of the roles click here.
  • Contact type: Select here whether the operator is a general or financial contact.
  • First name/last name/telephone number/email
  • Password: Enter a password with which the operator can log in to Parkres.
  • Send an email with renewed login data: Check this box to send an email to the operator.

When all the fields are filled in, click on the Save button.
