A person with a subscription is called a User in Parkres. To view the users, go to Employees → Users.
Click the Add User button to add a new user.
Several fields are required to add a user. Fill in the company, first name, last name, email and, external ID fields. External ID is the reference number used by your organization. This could be an account or employee number. If your organization does not use this field, you can leave it empty.
If your organization uses an employee portal, you also have to enter a password for the new user.
The rest of the fields can be filled in or left blank.
Then check the Anti-passback eenmalig negeren bij in- of uitrijden checkbox. This option allows the parker to exit the parking location once without entering it (in the system). However, the exit needs to take place within the valid times of the subscription.
When everything has been filled in, click Save. The user has been created.
