How to create multiple group codes in one subscription for events that consist of multiple days

Do you have an event that lasts for several days/day parts and do you want to create a different code for each day/daypart? That is possible!

First, create a subscription like this.

Once you have created the subscription and adjusted the settings in the blocks Subscription information, Subscription companies, Subscription locations, Subscription settings, and Subscription scheduler, it is time to create the group codes.

1. In the Group Codes block, click Add Group Code. This will bring you to a pop-up screen where you can add a 5-digit access code. You have to create the codes one by one. In this example, we show an event that lasts 2 days and consists of 4 half-days. So we create 4 different codes, one for each half day.

2. In the Valid from and Valid until fields, select the dates and times on which this particular group code should be valid. Under Description, enter a description of the group code. Enter a 5-digit access code in the Access Code field and click Save. The group code has now been created and can be used on the entered date/time.

You have now created one of the codes. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each code you want to create. All the codes that you create will be placed in reverse chronological order (last added code is at the top) in the Group codes block.
