I don't see my bike ride in my ride history. How is that possible?

Did you tap "Start" at the beginning of your bike ride? If not, this ride has not been registered. It is not possible to change this afterward. By planning your bike rides and allow "Notifications", you prevent this bad experience from happening in the future.  

Sometimes there is a delay in processing the rides and the associated points. When the ride has ended, the ride must be validated. If the ride still does not appear in your ride history after a while, please contact us at support@toogethr.com.

Toogethr Cycles strives to accurately record every ride. However, a trip may not be properly registered due to circumstances. In this case, points cannot be allocated afterward.
