What is it
The anti-passback functionality has a setting to once accept everything within the subscription.
In the case of a malfunction in the barriers, the anti-passback setting can cause problems for users who want to enter or exit during a malfunction. To compensate for this, the Anti-passback eenmalig negeren (ignore anti-passback once) checkbox can be checked for the location. Then for all relevant subscribers at this location the checkbox will be checked. This means that for the next parking action (driving in or out), there will be no anti-passback checks. This checkmark is automatically deactivated after the 1st entry or exit.
New subscribers may have the same problem who, for example, already parked when they received their subscription. In such cases, the checkbox Anti-passback eenmalig negeren (ignore anti-passback once) can be checked at user level. This too is automatically deactivated after the 1st entry or exit.
How do you enable this
At location level
Go to Parking locations → Parking locations.
Find the location for which you want to enable this. Click on the gear wheel icon (or right-click on the location) and then click Edit.
You will see the screen in which all settings for this parking location can be found and edited. In the block Anti-passback, you will see a green button with Inschakelen (enable) and a red button with Uitschakelen (disable). By clicking these buttons you can enable or disable the one-time override of the anti-passback. Your choice is automatically saved. (Note: this can take up to a few minutes).
At user level
Go to Employees → Users.
Find the user for whom you want to enable this. Click on the gear wheel icon (or right-click on the user) and then click Edit.
A pop-up screen will appear in which the settings for this user can be edited. Select the checkbox Anti-passback eenmalig negeren bij in- of uitrijden (ignore anti-passback once) to enable it and then click Save. As soon as this user has entered or exited once after enabling this, the checkbox will automatically deactivate again.
