Login problems for Operators and Parkers

Forgot your password?

Have you forgotten your password and can't log in? Then click on the Forgot password? link displayed below the login panel. For operator accounts you can find this link via Toogethr Parking and for parkers you can find this link via the relevant portal site of the corresponding parking location. Here, you enter the e-mail address you normally log in with and then receive an e-mail with the possibility of resetting the password. PLEASE NOTE: This e-mail may end up in your spam folder.

Login problems?

Can't log in anymore, but you have the right credentials? What we sometimes see is that parkers want to log in and try to do so via the Toogethr Parking website instead of the portal of their regular parking location. Below is an image of the Toogethr Parking environment:

Only operators log in in this environment. Are you a parker and thought you had to log in in the screen opposite? Then contact the reception at your regular parking location and ask for the portal link.

Internet browser

Toogethr is a web application built for the Google Chrome internet browser. When using our app, we also recommend using the Google Chrome browser. Using other internet browsers in combination with our app may cause logging in to fail.
