      Why do I need to turn off battery saving and how do I do it?

      The Toogethr Cycles app needs the GPS signal from your phone to record your bike ride. When the battery saver is on, the transmission of your GPS signal is blocked/restricted. This can result in your ride not being registered (properly) and you getting less or no points for your ride. Therefore it is important to have the battery saving turned off during your ride.

      How to do this

      iPhone
      1. Go to "Settings" on your phone
      2. Tap on "Battery"
      3. Toggle the "Low power mode" switch off
      Android
      1. Go to "Settings" on your phone
      2. Tap on "Battery" > "Power saving mode"
      3. Toggle the "Power saving" switch off
