      How do I give a user a new password?

      Change password / Forgot password

      1.  Go via your browser to the login screen and click on the link "Forgot password".

      - The following screen opens -

      2.  Fill in the e-mail address that is linked to your user account and then click the button "recover your password".


      - The following screen opens -

      • You will receive an e-mail to reset your password if your e-mail address is known to us. Please check your spam/junk mail to be sure.

      3.  Choose a new password that meets the requirements and confirm it by clicking the button.

      Your password has been changed. You can now log in with your new password.
