1. Go to Accounts & Settings and click on the Communities tab.
2. Click on Add community to start a community. More information on how to add a community is available in this article.
3. As soon as a community is created, you can add a subscription. Press the option Add subscription to link a subscription to this new community. More information on how to add a subscription is available in this article.
4. Just after a subscription is added, you can add user accounts. Click the option Add user accounts and fill out the user information. You can also add different roles to the profile. For more information on how to add a user, go to this article.
5. Lastly, you can add parkers to the community by pressing the tab Add parkers. Information on how to add a parker is available in this article.
