      Which version of iOS / Android do I have?

      To be able to solve problems you might experience with our app, we sometimes need some information about your phone and its operating system. Follow the steps described below to retrieve this information.

      iPhone

      To find the software version installed on your phone, go to "Settings" > "General" and tap "Info".

      Take note of the information under "Software Version" and "Model Name" and send them to the Toogethr Support Engineer that asked you for the information.

      Android

      Depending on what version of Android you are using, the steps can be a bit different from what is described below.

      The first step, for every version, is to open the "Settings" on your phone. Next, tap "About phone" or "About device". On this page, you can find the make and model of your phone. See if you can find the "Android version" on this screen as well. If not, you might have to continue by tapping "Software information".

      Take note of the make, model, and the "Android version" of your phone and send them to the Toogethr Support Engineer that asked you for the information.
